This is SUPER SONICO COLLECTION X MOTA from Orchid Seed.  It is non-scale PVC and wil be sold as a set of 3.  She is the mascot of NITRO+ event "Nitro Super Sonic"  Due out on February 2012!

Having her PC game release coming up, Super Soniko is here as a cute deformed style figure “Choco Ochi.”!  The cute round illustration is done by popular illustrator Mota! Beginning with little bit sexy “Valentine ver.”, the usual style “SoniComi ver.” and “Al Azif cosplay ver.” (cosplaying from one of the poopular Nitro+ works) are packed!  Soniko’s head part can be exchanged between them and you can enjoy her in various expressions!
